Disable trajectory collision checks in demo codes

During the ICS/PFI + MCS telecon it was decided that trajectory collision checks should not be run during fiber assignment calculations, since they are based on cobraCharmer functionality that produces outdated results.

Also the current Cobra movement strategy should avoid trajectory collisions anyway if everything goes to plan, and if collisions actually do occur in the real instrument, this could not be predicted by the current software.
