      Description

      INSTRM-2700 concerns missing guide stars, which are getting filtered primarily because of the BAD_SHAPE flag. karr mentions that the BAD_SHAPE is mostly an indicator for focusing and that the centroids should still be okay so we could still use these stars for guiding.

      This ticket is to explore and possibly implement the inclusion of those BAD_SHAPE guide stars.
