The sps_exposure table is writing times as UTC instead of HST. This is probably due to a change with using the insert_dataframe method (that uses the underlying COPY), in which case the fix should be in the pfs_utils method, not in spsActor.
Check to make sure times are still being written in the manner expected and if not, fix.
