      Description

      visit 131438 showed bad convergence, because fiber position at the 6th iteration was quite different from the other iterations.

      The MCS image for that iteration (PFSC13143096) show doubles spots — it seems like that some frames were shifted and coadded. (Or big shake occurred at that time.)
