Investigate cobras showing a different behavior in the motor map sequence from the others

In 2025 September (run 24), the data were taken to measure motor map (see INSTRM-2609 for the log). At that time, there are some cobras showing a different behavior from others.

1. Some of the bad convergence cobras drew the arc for the phi map in different orientation from the others [1].
2. Some cobras seemed to travel >pi in phi [2].
3. Some of the bad convergence cobra has <2pi theta range [3].
4. Some of cobra has small theta circle (Known).
5. Theta circle of interfering cobras is squashed by FF or adjacent cobra (Known).
6. cobra Id 571 didn't move in phi
7. cobra id 1018 didn't move in theta
