update n1 FPA position in xcu.yaml

n1 tilt looks larger than the other cameras. It is related to slit adjustment (tilt was not corrected, and compensated at focal plant for the visible cameras). fpaThroughFocus sequence showed that spots on the left of the detector were focused d_fpafocus=+20um, and with motor c +20um, the spot looks better.
