Please add "noMCSexposure" option to iic moveToHome command

      Description

      When we move cobra to the home position while slewing telescope, we skip MCS exposure.

       

      fps moveToHome phi|theta|all [expTime=FF.F] [@noMCSexposure] [visit=N]"

      At present, iic doesn't have this option. Could you please add noMCSexposure option?

      Also at that time, is that possible for either iic or fps to send Gen2 a status that Cobra is at the home?
