Deactivate requireAdjustDetectorMap for drpActor reductions (for cals)

yuki.moritani reported a failure in reducing argon calibration data : 133025..133027
drpActor did not proceed with the reduction as on the blue, it was not finding enough lines to adjust the detectorMap.
I looked at the argon lines, and there are a few very faint lines, the 2-3 brightest lines have a SNR of 3 or so. Not good enough to fit the detectorMap and that's why they are rejected.

Since there are no way to guarantee that for a given lamp there are good lines with decent SNR in every arms, I'm proposing to deactivate requireAdjustDetectorMap for the cals.
So that the reductions can proceed with the "nominal" detectorMap if the adjustment can't be done.
