agc_match table appears to store not-matched stars

This may be related to INSTRM-2801. ag Actor applies filters for the detected spots by agcc Actor, and measures before matching catalogue stars and observed stars. Looking into the logged numbers, agc_match table stores all the filter-passed stars that are used matching.

These are examples from two nights: the number of rows in agc_matched table is the same as that recorded as "detected sources after filtering". Indeed, max_residual is set by 0.5mm as default, some object show >1mm of distance between observed (center9 position and nominal position.

The table should distinguish matches stars and non-matched stars to improve diagnostics.

(This is side note: at present only a half of filter-passed detected stars matches on average now.)
