Add all FPS-written tables to the writeable tables of the test opdb

For the test databases which give readonly access to the full opdb and write access to non-opdb versions of MCS-written tables (mcs_data, cobra_match, cobra_target, etc), add non-opdb version of the FPS-written tables.
