Re-assess fiber throughput vs x-y position using convergence/home Quartz combo

Look back at the pre-gelled data where a trace what systematically taken both at home and in the same cobra configuration.

Looking at the logs, those visits were taken in september - october last year and might need to be ingested again.

The idea is to use the quartz at home to correct for throughput change and then look at the distribution of flux as function of x,y position in the patrol region for each fiber.
