      Description

      It seems there is an old ticket for this (PIPE2D-840), but I file a new one.

      Looking at some cosmology visits, there is an unmasked bright pixel that results in a strong spike in extracted spectra. It looks to be always there, so it should be a bad pixel in CCDs. Currently, the defects list of CCDs doesn't have such pixels, so please update the list.
