Remove star clusters from the fluxstd catalog

The current version of the flux standard catalog (v3.4) includes stars that are likely members of dense stellar clusters. Since flux standards located in such crowded regions may be affected by blending or contamination, they may not be suitable for accurate flux calibration. To address this, we plan to create masks for the dense central regions of these clusters and remove any flux standards that fall within the masked areas.
