      Description

      We sometimes saw defocus of SpS image in the past runs, but we couldn't detect that automatically. Develop ImageQualityQa task in drp_qa and run this regularly. We can probably start from the RHL's notebooks for the ImageQuality measurement. We will file another ticket about how to get and plot the results.
