Generate convolved fiberProfiles of `m4` for run29

Due to the slit problem, we could not take fiberProfile dataset for `m4` in run29 (we probably cannot take fiberProfiles for all SM4 camera in the next run too). Measure the fiber kernels, and apply them to fiberProfiles of run28. To validate this method, do the same procedure for other cameras and compare the quality (e.g. extractionQa).

2. Use convolved run28 fiberProfiles
3. Use run29 fiberProfiles
