Implement new g2cam error reporting mechanism in agActor

      Description

      There is a new error propagation feature for gen2 that will allow the SAs to easily see custom error messages.

      We want to test this in the upcoming run by implementing it for some of the agActor errors, specifically to know when the control loop has died.
